Katie was quite the chatter box this morning as we left for school. As we were walking out the door she looked at her baby pictures hanging on the wall and said, “That’s Katie baby. Mommy covered me with a blanket and gave me bottle. I cried and cried and cried. I’m a big girl now so I don’t cry anymore, no!” She let me hold her this morning while we walked into school, and she spotted a seagull flying overhead. She got so excited and said, “Birdie birdie birdie! I flap my wings like this (flaps her arms) real fast and fly in the sky. You no fly daddy, you flap your wings slow. No!”
She’s been talking so much lately, and she’s always quite sure of herself. Her view on the world causes her to say the cutest things.
