Surprise visit with Mrs. Menzies tonight at the Disneyland Hotel. Mrs. Menzies was my high school Spanish teacher and is one of my favorite people. Julie set this up and I was completely shocked. Despite a few attempts over the years, we haven't gotten together in the 20 years since high school, so tonight was very special.
We really enjoyed eating at Tangaroa Terrace. It’s a great place to grab a quick bite on a warm night.
Matthew’s first exposure to tiki torches. He loves looking at lights, so the dancing flames were mesmerizing.
“Wooooowwww. Where have these been all my life?”
“Mom, Dad…these are great!”
When we got home, Matthew tried his bouncer for the first time. He wasn’t quite sure what to think, but I know he’ll quickly start to love it.
