The first thing Katie asked me when I picked her up today was, “Can we go the park?” It was already 4pm when I picked her up and the thought of going anywhere but home after the long, exhausting, “busy phone” week that I had, made me want to say no. But I thought I about it for a second and thought, “why not?” We went home to get Matthew a snack and we were off for a walk to the park. I’m glad I said yes. It was beautiful. We were the only ones on the playground and the sun was starting to set. I just happened to have my camera in my purse and I , of course, took the opportunity to take pictures. I think they turned out great!
