Tradition always takes us to Newport the day after Thanksgiving. The Santa at Fashion Island is gorgeous. He’s made every visit wonderful. Then we always stop at Roger’s Garden to see their Santa and decorations. It’s always a beautiful day. This year Roger’s Garden had a Christmas tree lot. The kids loved playing in the trees. The trees smelled heavenly.
Santa going over Katie’s list with her.
The set-up is so beautiful. He’s actually in a little house. Outside there is a little village, pine trees, and poinsettias.
After lunch, Matthew was all smiles.
Koi pond.
Thanks for the ice cream, Mom.
Roger’s Garden Santa. This Santa is free and also has beautiful decorations.
Santa asking Katie what she wants for Christmas. She politely told him that she already
gave her list to another Santa.
Playing in the trees.
Roger’s Garden has a beautiful train display. Matthew loved it.
I love photography, therefore, I love to compare photos. The first photo is Katie at 20 months
in front of Santa’s house at Fashion Island. The second photo is Katie at 6 years old in front of
Santa’s house at Fashion Island. Wow!
Thanks for looking,
Julie
We spent a few hours at the Irvine Regional Park pumpkin patch. The kids loved being free and we loved being in nature. We’ll definitely be back next year.
Matthew rode the train with Daddy.
Fee Fi Fo Fum…This is Giant Matthew. I love that they are holding each others hands.
Too heavy!
Uh-oh, Matthew said.
This will probably be our Christmas card this year.
Katie took a picture of Mommy Frankenstein.
Katie had her face painted like a pink dog.
Heading home.
